REFUND POLICY

Below, you will see a list of the circumstances you will be eligible to receive a partial or full refund from our platform.

 

Two-hour order time frame: Any orders paid are eligible for a full refund if requested before a two-hour time frame passed after payment is processed. 

 

Orders after a two-hour time frame: The following services will have an 80% refund if you decide you no longer need them after you've paid them and more than hours have passed.

 

  1. Any graphic design service

  2. Competitor analysis

  3. Top ten keyword research

  4. Any digital marketing level

  5. Business audit

 

Web design services: You will receive a grace period of 10 hours to cancel your website, but If you decide to cancel a web design service paid before 10 hrs, please bear in mind that at that point, we might have already paid for the domain or activation fees. If any fees have already been paid, we will pass you the rights to own the domain. 

 

You will have an $85.00 service fee deducted from the refund. You will be given the receipts of domain & website activation for proof of invested amount.

 

Example of a refund when ordering a website design service:

 

Website payment cost: $500

Domain and activation fees: $125

Service fee: $85

Refund available to take: $290 

 

(domain rights will be passed back to you)

 

If no domain activation fee has been invested, you will receive a $40 service fee deducted from the total payment.

 

Example of a refund with a service fee if no domain costs have been acquired yet:

 

Website payment: $500

Service fee: $40

Refund available: $460

 

Unforeseen technical difficulties: If we can't provide the service required for any reason, you will get a full refund of the following services:

 

  1. Any graphic design service

  2. Competitor analysis

  3. Top ten keyword research

  4. Any digital marketing level

  5. Business audit

 

If you paid for a website service and we as a platform can't provide the service even after the domain is paid, you will receive ownership of the website; we will waive the service fee to provide you with the pending refund.

Printed Design Approval

You have 12 hrs after delivery to submit any claims on you delivered products. If you don't receive the approved design we will replace in full your current order or give you full credit to use it on another service.

Damaged Delivered Products (Printing Services)

Although any package sent out to you will always be on perfect shape, if you suspect the product has been damaged upon delivery, please take a picture of the delivered product before opening the package, and after opening the package. Fast Arts is not responsible for any delivered package, but it is responsible for any damaged product.

You have 12 hours after delivery is confirmed by the tracking number to submit your claim and evidence. Fast Arts also takes pictures on any package just before delivery to maintain a healthy checklist of good practices! So if it is determined that the initial cause for receiving a bad product came from us directly, you will full credit from any damaged products.

Example #1 of credit: (submit before 12 hours after shipment)

You ordered 100 business cards, and upon delivery the package was perfect, but you notice 50 business cards have a smudge in the middle from having a bad printout. You would receive full credit (shipping included) for any damaged card.

Example #2 of credit:  (submit before 12 hours after shipment)

You ordered 100 business cards, and upon delivery the package was damaged by the company responsible for shipment. Once that happens take a picture of the package, open the package and inspect if part or all the business cards are compromised. Fast Arts will investigate with the shipment company to help you as a customer avoid any bad service in the future. You will still received credit to replace the bad shipment.
